Service Level Agreement

Service availability commitments and credit schedule for paying customers of the Adensabais nodejs platform.

1. Availability target

Adensabais targets 99.99% monthly availability of the control plane for production tier customers.

2. Measurement

Availability is measured per minute against synthetic and real-traffic probes across multiple regions.

3. Service credits

If monthly availability falls below the target, eligible customers receive credits as set out in the order form.

4. Exclusions

Scheduled maintenance announced 7 days in advance and incidents caused by customer code are excluded.

5. Reporting

Status incidents are published on the Adensabais status page within 15 minutes of detection.
